@Anelf: I love Applebough and the flavor text of his Apple Juice. Makes me wish Druids had a form of “good berry”-ish healthstone they could give out to groupmates that have the effect of Abolish Poison or something similar!

I respecced as a CritChicken (from Tree) specially for Thanksgiving (well – that and levelling in Northrend ). Sometimes I sit and stare at the fruit vendor in Dalaran and think about being a tree again when I hit 80. Hopefully they’ll have improved the skin by then .

Is it ok to have shadow melded pics? I took a screenshot of my lazor chicken hiding from the turkey carvers, but he shadowmelds so well its almost hard to see him. Would you rather non-shadowmelded ones? Wise Foxs last blog post..Vices

@Zamir: There used to be a quest in Terokkar where someone would disguise you as a member of the Shadow Council (Who Are They?). It used to superimpose an orc disguise onto you but not shift you out first so if you accepted the quest in Flight Form you could do this really cool swimming in mid-air animation. Sadly, they eventually fixed this bug.

The island south of Shadowmoon Valley is one of the few places where the costume overcomes the form shifting. You’re transformed into a Fel Orc regardless of race or class.
Even the Old Durnholde costume transforming one into a hooman thing (you know the type: all skinny, no fur, a complete lack of horns and a strange attraction to water and cleaning oneself) is not quite as persistent as the one on Netherwing. You can be a real chicken in there

@Wise Fox: The last I heard, it was planned for the first content patch after Wrath’s release. So none of the “bug fixing” or “balance tweaking” patches but one of the ones that’s important enough to have its own name.

@Pixiedark: I’m really glad you enjoyed the WotLK FAQ! It was really fun to put together. I look forward to seeing your Chicken picture. Regarding switching back to Resto, I think you’ll be fine with your SD/Crit (SD?) gear. Naxx is supposedly really easy and should give you ample opportunity to switch back to more healy-oriented gear.

@Wise Fox: If “Alt + Z” doesn’t work (as Marc kindly recommends), try just “V” or even “Ctrl + V.” I sometimes have to try all combinations to get those things to go away!

@Zamir: I don’t understand the reference to Netherwing Island, but you can take the picture anywhere you want.

@Copey: I’m so glad. If you want, send me the text you’d like your turkey to be saying. I can certainly add it in with a comic bubble!

This will cost me 100 gold to spec into and then back out of Doomkin, but I couldn’t resist. As soon as I read the post I had an idea. My only complaint is when I pushed alt+z you couldn’t see the little text bubble above my head, and my Turkey has something to say.
