I will kiss him and hug him and love him and call him “Toothy.” I rescued this little fella from the Stormwind canal system. But don’t tell anyone. We wouldn’t want to start a panic.

@Andre: Oh, sorry. The last two lines are to first activate your lures and then to apply them to your weapon (in this case, your fishing pole). Without the second line, you would end up with the lures on your mouse cursor and not on your pole! @Flawless: Valenna changed his macro like that, too. I have my regular weapon mapped (for the purpose of an Innervate swap) and only use one modifier key, though. Nice change, though....

Toothy looks sooooo cute. Been hearing of Crocs in the canals for years but never seen one. Time to go hunting the canals!

Hey, congratulations!
Those little guys are pretty awesome. I haven’t had any Crocolisks turn up in my bags yet, though I did have quite a lucky fishing streak recently, catching not one, but two Mr. Pinchies. So I’m still hoping for a Magical Crawdad. Unfortunately, so far, I’ve only gotten two Furious Mr. Pinchies (”No, Mr. Pinchy, don’t do it! AHHH!! MY EYE!!!!”) and two potion gift packs. I still have two more tries though, so everyone think Magical Crawdad thoughts! (as if I really need to lose another bank slot to a pet… 
)

So not fair! Been fishing almost every day and not one pet reward. Perhaps the chances of you finding a croc is inversely related to the number of pets you have. I’ve demonstrated I can take care of my current 65 pets, yet Old Man Barlo doesn’t think I can handle a croc.

Never cared to have one of those. They may look cute now but then they grow up and there goes your neighbors dog. *CHOMP* Be sure to keep him away from such tasty morsels. ^_^

@Noobiewan: It was a long and arduous hunt, at least for me. I did the Daily Fishing quest just about every day since it was released, and I probably did the Stormwind one 5-6 times before I got Toothy. He matches my robe, I think. =)
@Softi: Well, good luck!! I think next I’d like to get the hat. Thought my pet victory has made me slightly less inclined to want to do the Daily Fishing Quest. >.>
@Tone: Ooooo, I tried so hard for a Mr. Pinchy without success. I’m originally from Louisiana, so having a magical crawfish following me around seemed too cool. I guess a baby crocodile works too though! Good luck on your final two clicks! (Abominable Snowdruid?)
@Blake: Maybe Old Man Barlo is worried about the day you put your Crocolisk in the bank and he gets out in your vault and eats all your other pets …

Grats!!! I’ve religiously been doing the fishing quest and have yet to get a Croc pet! They’re so cute with their big green eyes.

Oh, I had just thought that your words were a reference to the Abominable Snowman from Bugs Bunny (”My own little bunny rabbit! I will name him George, and I will hug him, and pet him, and squeeze him….”). I was concerned for little Toothy’s safety, at the hands of an over-enthusiastic new owner!

@Tone: Ohhhhh! Okay! Yes, that must be the reference. I only vaguely remember the monster hugging on poor Bugs. But I’ll never forget the line. (Okay, I Googled it to get it exactly right. Same thing!)

Grats! I’ve been religously doing my fishing quest each day and have yet to get a baby croc! I’m sure Toothy is just as happy to be your pet as you are at having him.

@Mooire: Don’t give up! I found I had the best luck when Valenna came over to our apartment and I made him fingers on both hands before I opened my bag. ^_^ Whatever works!
