According to Blizzard, the way they do resil, it&#039;s impossible to tell whether an attack was supposed to be a crit but was instead forced to a normal hit.

Basically, say you have enough resil to get 8% crit reduction.  8% of all normal hits against you will proc abilities that are &quot;when you get crit&quot;.  This is why it&#039;s possible for a normal hit to, for example, proc Blessed Resilience but not Martyrdom (two &quot;on-crit&quot; talents) for a priest.

It looks like Blizzard is just removing this mechanic for the druid talent in an attempt to nerf resto druids&#039; superiority in small scale arena.</description>
