With AideRSS you can type in a list of feeds, and it will rank the most recent 25 posts based on comments, and delicious/google/etc linkage. You can then create feeds based on the top commented posts. It doesn't always word perfectly with some of the feeds I've tested with, but as a way to keep on top of the most commented and most bookmarked posts, it has it's place. It can be a bit flaky too as it's in beta, but if it sounds interesting to you then check it out. Actually, I’ve been playing around with a cool new online toy called AideRSS.
