I try to limit my community-based posts to at a maximum of 1 out of 5 posts — no more than one on the front page at a time — but I’ve been working hard on a few exciting changes and wanted to draw everyone’s attention to them (especially you RSS readers that might otherwise miss them). First of all, I’ve added two new sections to my sidebar: Recent Additions and Blogroll Highlights. “Recent Additions” spotlights the five newest additions to my blogroll. “Blogroll Highlights” displays three randomly selected blogs from my blogroll that aren’t currently listed among my “Favorites.”
In addition to these changes, I’ve added OPML files for the Druid blogs on my blogroll, allowing you to download and subscribe to all of the currently updated Druid web sites that I’m aware of. I’ve named this project The World Tree.

In light of the paradigm shift where neither Tailoring or Leatherworking creates Bind on Pickup epics, here’s help deciding between the additional benefits of these two production tradeskills.
Of course you know what the next step is, right Phae? You need to create a consolidated RSS feed (and perhaps mini-aggregator) that contains all of the most recent druid blog posts across all blogs.
Muhahahaha!

I couldn’t resyndicate without permission. And besides, I think we all enjoy being our own unique snowflakes. Even those of us without a full RSS feed.
I do share my favorite posts from other authors on the “Guides” page (although some of what makes it there isn’t necessarily a “Guide” as must as it is something I thoroughly enjoyed).
I just can’t compete with Phae
. She gets all the cool toys before I get a chance to hit them up first

Actually, I’ve been playing around with a cool new online toy called AideRSS. With AideRSS you can type in a list of feeds, and it will rank the most recent 25 posts based on comments, and delicious/google/etc linkage. You can then create feeds based on the top commented posts. It doesn’t always word perfectly with some of the feeds I’ve tested with, but as a way to keep on top of the most commented and most bookmarked posts, it has it’s place. It can be a bit flaky too as it’s in beta, but if it sounds interesting to you then check it out.
@Matticus: As far as I know, no one has done it for Priests…
@Amanna: That does sound pretty damn cool. I will have to check it out. Is it Mac only?
Just thought I’d say a quick hi, as a new resto druid blogger who’s been lurking for a while. This blog was a big part of my motivation in starting one of my own. oneHoTnelf on wordpress (onehotnelf.wordpress.com).
