I don't have it installed and have never had a problem, in raid, pulling aggro. I admit, I did carry one in my bags for the occasional 5 man PUG, but I found that avoiding 5 man pugs at all costs is worth the free bag slot. Bottom line: if you are pulling aggro as a healer, then leave the group, as either your tank is not up to par and/or your CC isn't; it's not worth the repair bill. @ Adremma

Plus i use it to heal during raids by clicking on the bars to switch targets. What mod do u use to switch targets during raids...
